Scope & specify
We map the problem, the users, and the constraints. No vague briefs. We produce a written spec with acceptance criteria before anyone writes a line of code.

Architect & prototype
System diagrams, data flows, and a working prototype of the riskiest piece. We de-risk early so the rest of the build is boring.

Build in weekly drops
